I am Light, I am Love.

With so much sensitivity to the subtle energetic realms, I naturally gravitated toward the healing arts and for the past 24 years have been cultivating my skills with continuing education and deep personal experience.

I practice many modalities of massage therapy and bodywork, breathwork, meditation, shamanism, yoga, mantra, sound healing, channeling, and practice/teach advanced energy-work techniques. I am an ally of Gaia and her many master plant teachers. I practice healing naturally, using what gifts we have been given by the cosmos.

I am an elated mother of three beautiful beings, a joyful vegan, a voracious reader, dancer, singer, and lover of laughter.

I practice kindness and compassion as a path to peace.

It is my commitment to align with the Great Spirit, the Light Within and to support myself and others in becoming Conscious Radiant Light Beings … awakened to the reality of Heaven on Earth.
